A: Paul D Harrison has been serving Greater London and surrounding areas since 2005.

Q: Is your company a franchise?

A: No.

Q: Do you use your own employees?

A: Yes.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, we carry both public liability and employers liability insurance.

Q: How do you train your employees?

A: We implement a comprehensive training program which takes place over two consecutive days. In addition, the workers are trained onsite at the account(s) to which they are assigned, in order to ensure that they are familiar enough with that building's specifications.

Q: Do your workers wear uniforms?

A: Yes, they are also each required to wear a company I.D. badge.

Q: Are your workers supervised?

A: Yes, we supervise our workers initially during the first week of service. We then follow up by sending supervisors on daily / nightly routes to conduct both random and routine site evaluations.

Q: Can you provide references if necessary?

A: Yes, we have many satisfied clients and would be more than willing to provide their contact information upon request.
